Kosta Design + Build is Design is a full service design + build firm specializing in residential and small-scale commercial projects.

Vivek Khurana has been building in Los Angeles since the early 2000's.  Before building under his own license, he was construction manager for lot conversions, multi-family residential and large luxury custom builds across LA.  Vivek applies his engineering BA/MS degrees to his building practices through the use of solid communication with all project engineers, thorough utility planning and execution, and time-saving digital project management.  

Brett Buchmann has been designing homes in Los Angeles for more than 15 years. His portfolio of work includes more than 150 homes, located primarily in Los Angeles' South Bay. Brett's design vocabulary and expertise spans both traditional and modern architectural styles, carefully crafted to match the specific needs of each client.
